Recently took my Samsung S4 apart...now it wont turn on, but when I plug it in, it buzzes, no screen

It is worth noting that what started this entire ordeal was the power button that was not clicking and was jammed. I then removed the actual power button switch that was soldered on. It is worth noting as well that before I removed this, the phone wouldnt turn on either.

I would recommend taking it to a professional shop for repair
