Ok.. so i got the Wisdom rom, Baked Snack kernel, and using launcher pro.

Now, i was wondering... kinda being having some signal issues.

Previously, i never had signal problems but now the battery dies because it searches even though you have one bar of signal- i use the airplane mode fix

Another problem is my signal keeps fluctuating a lot and im just sitting somewhere.. it's kinda wierd, now this doesnt happen a lot but it's really wierd.

Another problem is the music player... it plays and randomly pause when the screen is off and im just sitting there studying lol.

Anybody know why these signal issues happen? is the kernel? Launcher? Rom?

Did you do a factory wipe from Clockwork before you flashed the ROM/kernel?

yep.. it's kinda fixed now i think.

The whole battery thing with the one signal bar though. I wonder why that's happening. I though they fixed that issue because i never had it till rooted and put on the custom rom. I was wondering what part of your phone affects that. Is the kernel the baseband as well or those 2 completely different?

btw how long does your phone last? mine last about just over 20 hours. I do use it a lot though.

That sounds about right. I think my record was Baked Snack ROM + kernel, over a day with ~30% left (light use).

idk waht the problem is, but wisdom rom's signal bar i think has a couple more bars, so it may be more prone to fluctuate. ie: if your measuring electricity in mega watts a solar panel that contains between 1-2 mw on a cloudy day and 4-5 megawatts on a sunny day will have less fluctuation when read with an amperage meter that measures in mega watts rather than kilo watts or watts. so samsung bars are megawatts and sense bars are kilowatts.
that probably is kind of confusing and is probably not the case. this is just my thoughts on it
