Recommend a case to add thickness

How thin S2 8 is drives me nuts, it's difficult to hold. Feels like holding 3 credit cards stacked together. I need a case to add some thickness but not width. Because when width is added, it's harder to type on it in the landscape mode.

Maybe Otterbox?

Ideas?

I felt exactly the same and ended up with a couple of cases, one thin and one thicker. I use the thicker one because of the easy handling. This one:

Unfortunately, it looks like only odd colors remain - mine is black.

Reminds me of the Otterbox I have for my old Nexus 7 - gives a good grip in the hand. Only thing is misses is a hard cover for the front.

I prefer the cases with the 3 folds vs 1 folds. I also don't like the strap type.
