Recommend a ROM for me?

I'm currently rooted and at 4.1.2 with CWM recovery. The sheer number and variety of ROMs, kernels, and modem files for flashing have me paralyzed.

Here's my dream:

(1) Stable 4.4.

(2) All the BS bloat-ware gone. (I don't mind Touchwiz, but I also don't need it.)

(3) Works with Nova Launcher Prime. (But this is pretty minor for me.)

Is it too early to look for a streamlined, stable 4.4, or can somebody recommend (and point me to) a good ROM and/or kernel and/or modem file?

You need to use the ROM list that is stickied here. It has links to almost all the current ones. Then read and decide. Everyone has their on view of whats the best.
