I have a pair of Shure SE215 headphones with a wider than normal plug. The first couple of cases I've tried from Caseology and Diztronic can't accommodate the plug. Can anyone recommend a case with at least 1 cm of clearance in the headphone jack cutout?

Thanks.

That's just under half an inch, so probably not. You'll have to get a TPU case and cut the hole wider. Thick cases (I suspect that's your problem) don't allow for half inch plug shells. (An Otterbox Defender might do it, because the earphone jack cover opens.)

The Spigen slim armor had a large opening as does the tech 21 tactical case. Neither are on my phone right now bet can get ya a measurement latter if you'd like. I have a friend who plays bass and all his cords do not fit his edge cases but worked with the 2 I mentioned.

I have the Tech 21 Tactical on both my Notes. On the 4 I'd say the cutout is about a .6" x .3" x .25".

Don't have a way to get a good measurement of the size but perhaps this pic helps. Tech 21 tactical to the left slim armor right.
