another problem is on Verizon we don't have the option 'Android Device Manager' to modify these settings.. Soo annoying!!

Android Device Manager is a Google service/app, has nothing to do with Verizon. Download the app. Visit Googles web site.

There's no app for Google Manager. It's built into the system (unless the carrier disabled it from the ROM). Samsung's FindMyMobile is also not an app. All you need is to be signed in to the respective account in the device and that the service (be it Device Manager or Samsung's Remote Controls) aren't disabled in your Device Administrator settings. They're enabled by default, though. Only if you manually disable them would they be off.
