Recurring Notification sounds and other questions :)

How do I change the text notification sound to be recurring? As in it'll keep going every 30s (or however frequent) until I check it? This is on an Incredible (although knowing how on an X would be nice also)

Also, is there a way to set the ringtone for an entire contacts group? I found the setting for individuals, but not for the whole group.


Oh and the "check these threads before you start a new one" is AWESOME... unfortunately none of the suggestions held a solution

And here I was trying to figure out how to turn OFF notifications!

I use the text program HandCent, and it has that as one of it's functionalities.

Also allows you to have different color LED notifications per person, modify the look of the whole program, change certain behaviors... one of my favorites is that you can make custom vibration patterns per person.

I don't know of a way to do this. The green LED blinks when you have waiting notifications though.

I have it set to 1 reminder, 5 minutes after the first, without turning the screen on.
