Red Exclamation Mark - download Mode - Samsung Duos GT-S7562

I'm not sure whether I'm in the correct forum or not ?!

I'm face a problem with samsung s duos gt-s7562 I can't enter the download mode ??!!! That lying Android with red exclamation triangle !!!!????

Please, your help >>> I've tries a lot of solution but they didn't work ..:''(

If your phone is similar to the Galaxy S3 then to enter Download (Odin) mode you have to do the following - with the phone completely off, press and hold the Volume Down and Home and Power buttons simultaneously, and release them all when you see the Samsung splash screen (the colored swirling screen; not the white text).

Isn't there any text on that screen? No text shows up before this screen?

This looks like the 'bad things have happened' screen that I used to see on my HTC Thunderbolt.

Sorry, if this is all your phone does I think you should contact your carrier or Samsung.

i really tried everything but i wouldn't find any solution... when i press the up volume that picture of the sick android appeares and when i press down it just viberate and keep restarting until i stop pressing it stops... even when i press both volumes the same happens... However, i really appreciate your advice and thank you so much for helping me..

i had the same problem today with my trio tablet after turning it on from beiong on standby it had a reset button so held that for 10 sec and that reboot its been working fine look up how to reset your phone try that
