How to capture perfect low-light or night shots such as these in the below images.

The images and colors are so rich and colorful.

I want to know the settings and camera mode to capture such images wonderful images.

They're going to be different for the different pictures, The first two are probably high ISO and +2 EV (the background shows noise). The ones with good lighting are probably automatic. the 4th one up (the 2 trees) looks like flash.
