With Amazon Renewed you are at the mercy of the third party seller because the phones don't come directly from Amazon them selves and if you return a phone it goes back to the seller VIA UPS and not by doping it off at Kohl's and the last time I sent back a defective phone I got from Amazon Renewed UPS screwed up and said "We were unable to obtain a correct address for the receiver, package will be returned to the sender" so it went back to a Amazon Returns Warehouse and the seller thought I never sent them back the phone and that it got returned to me when it didn't.
