Referee watchface

I referee football (soccer) games and I'm looking for a watch that shows clearly both a countdown timer and stopwatch.

Needs to work like the Spintso watches used by pro referees.

Would set the timer for half length, and start the stopwatch at the same time. Would be able to stop the stopwatch but countdown timer would continue independently.

Any ideas?
