Register 7 Pro as a company device

I am trying to register my new 7 Pro as a company device. My old phone was S20+ and it worked fine. The 7 Pro is not working. Going through registering it I get "Work profile cannot be added to this device". Has anyone else faced the same issue?

What registration process are you using? Is this something your work IT is helping you with, or is it some kind of self-serve registration?

It is self-serve. Basically, it is going through Microsoft Intune Portal. It fails while adding work profile, whatever that is.

I'm not an expert but did you delete your old work profile first? It may be a limitation of the software that only allows one profile to exist at a time. You may have to go through your IT department to rectify.

Does your workplace have an IT department who can help you with this? It seems like something they would've encountered before.

Sounds like probably going have your work have u set it up
