reinstall specific stock apps

Hi I recently used titanium to freeze a stock app (friendstream) and there was an error (th froze). Somehow the app got screwed up and I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall the backedup one. It was a no go. The app won't reinstall. I extracted the one from the clockwork mod backup and tried that and it also wouldn't reinstall...my question. Where can I find a download for the stock apps (bloatware) so I could maybe try that. I also like having them on hand. I'm sorry if this has been answers but I did search and thanks for help.

I also made sure app had rw privileges in the file manager.
