Release date of note 4

Anyone have any info or opinions on what the note 4 is gonna pack, plus when it'll be announced/released?

4GB of RAM
2.5 ghz snapdragon 805 processor
3800 MAH battery + removable able to last 2 full days with hardcore usage
32 and 64 GB of storage but we'll get the 32 GB version + expandable storage
Android 4.4.4 kitkat with touchwiz
16 megapixel camera with OIS
improved Spen
same colours, hopefully it comes in the faux leather backing instead of that god awful S5 backing.
USB 3.0 + i would love it if Samsung could copy Oppo's rapid charge technology a note 4 fully charged in an hour.

Samsung normally announces the Note during IFA which is before labour day weekend so my guess expect a release anywhere from early to mid October on RoBellUs and cost 230-250 on contract or 800 unlocked.
