Well then there's some problem with Huawei system then. Because it should go out to everyone. And if it does not then those who don't get it should be able to get a warranty replacement.

I wasn't aware this happened to some people. Pretty sad. I would contact huawei for it

No that's a different device. Mate 10 Lite is also known as Honor 9i, Nova 2i and Maimang 6
