Don't reset. Go to Google framework services under app manager clear cache/data, force close. Check for update. Retry a couple times if it doesn't work the first time. Let us know if you had luck with it. Sometimes, it just hasn't been released in your block and no way around that.

Good news, but...
When I go to About Phone, it says my version is 4.0.4, but when I check for the udpate, I get 'Your device is up to date!' Guess I'll need to do a factory reset first.

Just sideloaded it today (installed it from recovery). Everything works fine now, except for 4G/mobile data. Anyone else experience this?
