Driving into work today I noticed a brand new (first time I noticed it) billboard for the Droid Charge! Waiting for this thing is getting out of control.

There is a billboard I pass everyday on my way to work that was put up the weekend after when it was supposed to launch. It's been there for 2 weeks now basically. I almost feel like going into a store and asking to buy a Charge, then creating a big scene when I can't. Be like, there is a billboard and I've seen several commercials about Droid does 4g LTE, but I can't buy it, WTF...

You haven't heard? The rapture has been delayed... it'll happen a few weeks later, with revised specs and an improved form factor.

LOL are you serious its already been delayed 17yrs psshh cant rely on anything these days

Rumor has it hell has not frozen over yet, from a Verizon on time release. So the rapture must naturally be pushed back until a yet to be determined Thursday.

I'm just waiting for Phil to start a new tentative release date thread.
Then we can get all excited again.

The release date threads are great, but they just lead to disappointment every time. Verizon is just holding this up for some reason and all the while losing sales. If the SGS2 is announced on the 24th and Verizon is carrying it, 3G or not I would gladly get that phone.

From what I have read. The LTE radio would take up to much space in its current form. Would need to be thicker. IIRC I'll see if I can find the article I read.
