So Monday has come and gone....everyday that goes by makes it slimmer to get something official for a drop date. Usually Thurs right?
Hope they say something tomorrow.
We won't know for sure until Wednesday.

it's on their website too..i hope that is a good sign.
Well the Charge is back on rotation on the landing page for Verizon, not that means anything these days.
Today the Charge is not in the rotation on the landing page for Verizon, bummer
It also is not listed anywhere on the Verizon site like it was before, unless I am looking in the wrong place.
Thanks, I did not look at the LTE link.
What if there is another reason for the delay besides the 4G network? Apple has filed a lawsuit against Samsung for patent infringements. It may state they want Samsung to suspend production on the Charge until a ruling has been made. Also Samsung is a large supplier for hardware to Apple. The plot thickens.
I don't think quantity has anything to do with it. You don't have to worry about not having enough if you don't sell them.
If it matters for the past 2 weeks my local store has had the charge banners and 2 charges on display. I stopped in on the way to work this morning and everything is gone. No banners, NO display phones.
Asked the guy that works there and said the store manager was instructed to take everything down. He said they have a bunch in the back room but instructed to make no mention of the charge unless a customer asks about it, and state I'ts been delayed and there is no further information available.
YEA......
Sounds like the legal battle may have something to do with it then. This is terrible.
DAMAGE CONTROL. You dont want to keep building hype and draw attention around a potentially problematic device/platform! Keep it out of sight until it is ready for consumer use and it keeps the "bad word" from getting spread around more. Its easier to hide the existance of the device to unkowing consumers than to tell them "yeah, we have that but you cant buy it yet for a reason I can not tell you". That just makes them look bad! They have a lot at stake with the new 4G network. If there really is a problem with the network in general they surely want to get it fixed before they continue to saturate it more with new phones.
Please be careful in what/how you say things. The lawsuit was SPECULATION that was posted in a prior thread. It said:
"What if there is another reason for the delay besides the 4G network? Apple has filed a lawsuit against Samsung for patent infringements. "
Everyone is starting to assume that the delay is now because of a lawsuit, when it more than likely about the network and the issues.
Why are the displays pulled and reps not allowed to talk about it? Two words: DAMAGE CONTROL. You dont want to keep building hype and draw attention around a potentially problematic device/platform! Keep it out of sight until it is ready for consumer use and it keeps the "bad word" from getting spread around more. they can't do that , if that was the case nothing from apple or any company would get to market. These companies cross sue each other on a daily basis.
I think its more a verizon thing seems like everything between Samsung and Verizon is a fiasco. Look how long it took to get us the Froyo update with the fascinate.
