reliable lock screen: no pull-down menu, no volume change, no restart

Hi, I'm looking for a phone with lock screen actually locking it right: pull-down menu disabled, volume buttons disabled, restart disallowed. This is a serious problem for me and light sensor does not solve it. Unfortunately it's really hard to find any info, I have to buy and return phones. So I would appreciate if you could tell me whether your phone is like this or can be made like this with appropriate settings.

My other criteria are not overly restricting: 5G, 2sim, jack 3.5 (I know), not too long, not too expensive, reasonable performance and screen.
GSMArena shows Samsung A25, A15, A52s, A52, M15, F15, M34 и Motorola G34, G45, G54, G55, G84, G64, Nokia G42 and some Chinese stuff I'd avoid if possible.

Hi. I moved this to Ask A Question to hopefully get more vision on it.

I'm not sure if you can get a phone that has that much of a lockdown on it. I'm not even sure if Graphene OS is that locked down, and that is/was a privacy-based OS.

I believe these phones exist, in fact each phone in my family is like this: Huawei Y8p, Honor magic 4 pro and some older Xiaomi. There's also videos like this

(3 months old) but only the Lord knows what phones they apply.
