relocking but something wrong

It keeps saying that it's waiting for the device.

i have unplugged, I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled... the PC can see it but nothing beyond that.. do i need to be in a special mode to do this?

edit ok so i figure out what i was doing to stop the waiting message but now when i try i get

While on the topic....

I had thought I was s-off, unlocked and rooted. I know I am unlocked and rooted, but does the pic show that I am actually still s-on?
I did the HTC boot unlock procedure and rooted with amonra. What does s off do if I am not already there??

Ok, after some research I guess I was wrong thinking I was s off. Since I am s on and unlocked and rooted but running stock otherwise, if Verizon finally sends the ota for ics can I accept and what will happen?

no one knows what will happen with the OTA, but more than likely if you didnt remove any apps, you will get it without issue. You will have to reroot, but should be fine. YMMV
