Android Central Question

Is there a way to 'reset' (hard reset/including erase everything etc.) remotely? Since either 1. changing the screen lock setting to 'swipe' OR 2. getting Terracom to send me a new phone and possibly locking my old (corrent/existing/activated) phone to prompt me to call and activate the new phone etc. at the same time i don't know which caused it. It won't boot at all now.

If you're logged into your Google account and have Wi-Fi/cellular data turned on on your phone, you should be able to wipe your phone on Google's Find my Phone service. You can find more information about it on the help page. Note: wiping your device will delete all data from it. After wiping it, you might have to log in with your Google account you used on the phone before the wipe.
