Remove an app... just keeps loading

I had this problem initially and it seemed to go away... but is back.

When I open my app draw, and then choose menu and Remove an App... I get the popup that comes up that says "Loading" and doesn't go anywhere. If I hit back, and then Remove an App again...it'll go through immediately.

Someone suggested to check for errors on the card and I did that. I feel that it did help for a short while, but is happening again.

I had to replace the SD card supplied HTC, after that happened a few times. Seems the supplied card bypassed QC. I had one from my old BB. Switched in late May. Haven't had the issue since. So, I don't think it's the phone. Just a really poor quality MicroSD card. HTC needs to change suppliers.
