Remove debris stuck between screen and frame?

I've got a few pieces of debris that are wedged between the glass and the frame towards the top of the phone. I've tried using a needle to knock it loose, but the tip is too big. Any ideas on how to clean this area (one of the pieces is bright brown and its distracting). Thanks!

I would say to try this as well. It should be able to blast it out.
