remove fbi virus

How can I remove an fbi warning virus from a Motorola Atrix2 phone? The virus wont let me do a safe boot

I haven't heard of such a virus.
Could you explain all the problems you are facing because of it.
Also did you installed any app from places other then play store.
Please provide more info.
