Remove Flash On Sprint S3

I have a Sprint S3 that is flashed to Boost Mobile. I'm not using the phone anymore and service not activated. However want to activate the phone on RingPlus a Sprint MVNO. How do I reset the phone back to factory settings and remove the flash from the phone?
I don't think the option 'Factory Reset' in the menu removes the flashing from the phone.

Suggestions?

That's what worked for me many times when I had a flashed phone. The only difference between us is that I had a vzw s3 and I was flashed to cricket

Or try booting into recovery mode and factory reset from there

Go into the Rooting section of this forum and there is a sticky on how to unroot and return to stock. That would be the safest way.

I think there's a risk in doing this. If the MSL has been changed to one that Sprint doesn't recognize, and you go back to the stock Sprint configuration, you may have issues.

I'm afraid I don't really have any experience flashing to different carriers, though, so I don't have any idea how you would change the MSL.

Well I have done all above and reset the phone back to stock. However this phone was using a donor to activate and I can't seem to get the DEC changed back and remove the donor DEC in the phone. This phone is a Sprint phone and donor was Sprint phone. Any suggestion on how?
