Which phone do you have? I see in your introductory thread that you said you have a "generic" Android phone. Do you mean some no-name or off-brand phone from China?
If you only have a Disable option in Settings>Apps for Google Messages, then the only way to completely remove it would be to root the phone (which probably isn't possible for a no-name phone). Instead, open Google Messages, go to its settings, and look for a Protection & Safety option. Turn off Spam Protection if you don't want it to filter your messages.
