I've got a Verizon Note 3 running Lollipop (NOT rooted). For a while now I've been getting popup windows on my lock screen whenever I receive a text, and it displays the full content of the message. Here's an example of the pop up when the screen was unlocked:

( I couldn't do a screenshot with the phone locked, but the popup looks the same.)
I've tried everything I could think of to disable these. In the Messages app, under Settings/Notifications I've got "Pop-up display" and "Preview message" both unchecked. In the system Settings app, under Sound and Notification I've got "Notifications on lock screen" set to "Do not show notifications". I'm not sure where else to look.
Has anyone else figured out a way to disable these?
