Remove Motorola CDROM Automount

Has anyone figured out a way to keep the stupid motorola CDROM from automounting whenever you go into mass storage mode? Honestly, I'd like to just delete the thing if I can find it. I've rooted and poked around in the file system but I can't find where it's saved at. I spent about 45mins searching google and didn't find anything useful :/

Any help would be awesome.

Haven't found a way to get rid of it, but I never see it anymore. Instead of using the Moto USB select dialog, I leave the phone in Charge Only mode. Then I use Power Widget to turn on/off the USB mode. Not only does it never mount the stupid CDROM, it mounts both the internal storage and external SD storage as two drives.
This is on a Mac, so not sure how it would behave in Windows world.
