Remove PIN unlock requirement under Exchange Server?

My unrooted Nexus connects to a corp Exchange Server that requires a PIN to unlock the phone. Is there any method or app to remove/disable the PIN requirement? Keep in mind the administrator requires a PIN, so most third party apps won't work. Thx!
