Having superuser permission doesn't do anything except for apps that request elevation to superuser. Samsung apps don't, so if you're not using any apps that require root (elevation to superuser), it's just one small extra file in storage. (Removing it is as simple as finding the su file and deleting it, or as complex as replacing the boot image with an unrooted one - it depends on how it's rooted.
