Removed apps using crazy amounts of data pls help

Removed apps has been using a lot of data over the past 3 months, 1st month 1.6 gb then 1.7 and last month 3 gb , I am 1000% sure I did not delete any applications. Could this have been a hacker transferring data out of my phone and hiding it the data usage in the removed apps application?

It could have been anything. There shouldn't be any item named "Removed apps" using data or doing anything else.
