Removed stock email by accident

Hi,

I accidentaly removed my stock email (samsung s3, tmobile). I got a pop up that said that some apps couldn't beclosed and needed to be forced closed. I then tapped on email and turned it of. And now its gone. Is there any way to get it back ?
