Removing Adds

Is there anyway to remove the ads for this phone I get them all the time it's unreal

Easy Ads Cleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, AdWare and a good antivirus app.

(BTW, it's ads, not adds. "Adds" would refer to things added. "Ad" is short for advertisement. Sorry, it's a pet peeve of mine.)

That app just shows what apps are doing the advertisements.sucks you have to be rooted to use adaway doesn't seem to be a app without root for this phone to disable ads.

I am rooted and ad blocking sucks on this phone. I've used adfree and adaway like I always have but it doesn't do much. Tried tinkering with both, but have never blocked more than 20% of ads. My gnex would block nearly everything.

It makes sense to me that an operating system developed by Google wouldn't exactly be friendly to ad-removing apps....
