Removing Android lost

Since androidlost.com is unusable due to server finance problems, how do you remove it from the phone?
It isn't listed anywhere in apps.

I have not used this particular app, but if it is like other lost phone finders, it hides itself from the app list so a thief is unlikely to delete it before you remotely locate and wipe the phone. Go to settings-security, and check your device administrators. Turn off (uncheck) androidlost, then you should be able to find and delete it through the application manager.

All that shows up are
Android Device Manager - unchecked (shows on both phones)
Airdroid - unchecked (only installed on my phone)
Personal notes - checked (shows on both phones)

Personal Notes is the one to uninstall.
