I previously had a Galaxy Nexus so the amount of crapware on the S4 is so incredibly annoying. I look at the list of all the applications on the phone and it is pathetic. I want to remove as much of it as possible. I have ME7 so apparently installing a custom ROM is not possible at this point. I was looking at TrulyClean but it appears it cannot be used on the stock phone. I do not want to disable the apps I want to remove them. Are there other options out there?

Doubtful until they get a new root process. Disabling the apps is your best option at this point.

there is an exploit to get root on ME7, you can't install a custom recovery though... but with root access you can use titanium backup and freeze those apps

Since removing the apps doesn't give you back any space its probably better to just freeze the apps for now. Once (if) we get a the bootloader unlocked we can put custom ROM's on that are smaller in footprint and those should give us back a little room.
