Removing Downloaded Nougat Update

How do I remove the downloaded/staged Nougat update from my Z Play Droid? I thought wiping the cache would do it, but did not.

Do you have a choice if you are with Verizon?

Correct, I did not install it, but it's downloaded. I get a reminder each morning to install it.

I want to somehow get it, so the phone stops reminding me, but I don't want it installed right now.

Under KK, I could clear cache to accomplish this. It doesn't seem to work on MM.
