Ok when I go into my duo app , in settings of the app 3 Dots right corner you can delete the account there and also sign out and remove Google account from duo

When you long press it and tap info is there a option to uninstall it?

No option.

Only let's you "Enable" or "Force Stop".

Look into this as you can disable for LG and Samsung phones , works great for Samsung .

I think only LG and Samsung phones.

Yeah which is close to Google stock ,which means its integrated now in those phones

I guess there is no way to remove it completely even if you disable.

I just don't like how after you disable it, it still reappears after.
