Replace OS on Android Phone

I have a China android phone which I have completely deleted everything from. The phone will turn on but only to maker's logo. It will boot to recovery, but that is as far as it will go. PC will not recognise the phone (missing driver). Is there anyway that I can fix this problem?

You might be able to flash the stock ROM in the bootloader. However, the real issue would be finding the file.
