It is posible to replace the "Send from my Galaxy Note" signature in Android email app for a html message, formated text with images, or perhaps add a webpage content (not a link) to the email body automatically?

We use a POS running in Galaxy Notes, the program generates a pdf with the invoice info and we need to send this pdf by email and include a message in the body. Please keep in mind that we cant change the POS app that generates the pdf.

We have a webpage [link redacted by Mod] with a Welcome message, the email body should be the content of this page including images.

Thanks in advanced,

What I did was copy the content from a webpage (in this case, the same e-mail but sent from my computer with the signature made in Outlook) and paste it in the signature settings. Easy!

Hi,

That will work in Outlook, the problem here is that i need to do it in Android Mail (default app). The purpose of this is that the Sales person wont need to type a welcome message when sending the contract to the client, simply "pre-load" the message in the email body, including text fornat and images. May be asigning a template to the default email..., I've been trying to find a way to do this for more than 2 weeks...

So you can't use Outlook or even Word to send yourself an e-mail with the formatted/HTML signature? Again, what I did was create it in my computer, send it to myself, check the e-mail on the phone and copy/paste to the Android client's settings. And that was it, even the pictures got copied over.

Using this approach I must copy & paste the message each time I send a message. The sales team could make a mistake or simple forget to paste the info, thats why I need tautomatically add the info when the user open the "New Email" window.

Note, he said "to the Android client's settings", not to the email. I just grabbed my Note and pulled up the email application. The native Android app. Pressed the menu button, selected settings, and right there on the main settings page, second from the top, is Signature. You can use the slider to turn it on or off, or just tap on the words to change it.

Yup, that's what I meant! Copy from the message you created in your computer TO THE APP'S SIGNATURE. That way, after you save, every e-mail will have that signature. :)

I did it, an it pasted the text...but without formating or images. I tried this before posting my question.
To be clear, I need to send the contract (.pdf atttachement) a welcome letter to the client (exactly the same letter to every client) that includes the company logo. The idea is that when the salesperson tries to write a new email the letter shpould appear instead of a white page, the he/she will attached the .pdf as usual and send the email.

Worked like a charm. It's amazing everyone is trying to advise using html to achieve the exact same result. Thanks for this feed! Great job!

Probably a silly question but what/where is the Android's native email app? The only email app I have on my tablet is Gmail and was preloaded.

LOL! Sometimes one can't see the forest for the trees :o I have that email client set up for my seldom used HughesNet account. I was thinking Hughesnet instead of native Android email client...sheese!

Hi there, I'm still encountering this problem. I have this company [link redacted by Mod] and when i try to set the logo in the signatures on my android it doesn't work showing the pictures. I tried both as a clickable picture and as a dead picture with out working, please whats the solution.

Welcome to Android Central! There is no need to include the name of your company nor a link to its website on this forum -- that's considered spamming. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, though, and leave your edited post.:)

Holy necro 1st post.
Can you list what you indicated you've already done? That would be helpful.
