Replacement for " S Voice " ??

Just bought an S 8 from Comcast. I've spent hours trying to get the phone to operate the way my S4 did with the S Voice Program.

Need phone to wake up with just my voice.

Need speaker phone to start automatically and make a call.

Need to answer the phone hands free.

A bonus would have the phone tell me who's calling and ask me if I want to accept or reject the call ( As it did with S Voice." )

Any help would be much appreciated.

That's technically Bixby. I would think it has at least some of those features, but I've never used it.
