Replacement for SMS pop up?

[Android Central Question]

Upgrading to Galaxy S10e from S7..One of my favorite apps is SMS Popup. It allows me to decide to to see pop ups from and customize notifications. this app seems be be gone from Play Store. Any thoughts on a substitute?
