Replacement from Asurion

My girlfriends Dinc has finally crapped out, and the screen cracked. I was wondering if anyone has done a claim through Asurion recently, and if so, are they still giving DInc 1 as insurance replacements, or are they now sending DInc 2 handsets out instead?
