Replacement Question

Hey all,

My X has a couple of dead pixels that I dealt with since the first day I received it. It didn't bother me much. Now my X is acting up. Its laggy and unresponsive etc. I now want to replace the phone due to the dead pixels and unresponsiveness. My question is, will I get a NEW phone or like new or refurbished?

I got this phone at the end of july so my 30days are up, but I have the full insurance plan which is like $7 extra a month.

During 30 days = new phone
after 30 days / insurance = fru / certified like new / refurd
