I lost my S pen and cannot seem to find a replacement. I can temporarily use my note 3 pen but it is a bit smaller and will get lost in the holder on the pad if I am not careful. Anyone know where to get for the 12.2?
I have searched all over and tried looking on the Samsung site but nothing specifically for the 12.2. Only thing I see is for the 10.1

Personally i'd like a pen where the eraser/clicker is located on top of the pen instead of the side.

No, Amazon does not carry it. The first logical place to look, though. I've been searching for this pen for months.

While I'm sure the pen could use improvements, Grimrak, the replacement is the only one that is actually designed to fit, so your comment is not useful in this context.

Luckily, I bought a three year warranty with this tablet, so if Samsung can't provide a replacement pen, I'll just have them replace the whole tablet.

Not to hijack your thread, but in addition to op question, does anyone recommend a good S Pen with holder? Something to give it a more substantial feel like a real Pen?

They are selling on e-bay (saying they ere specifically for the 12.2, but check to be safe). I also could not find them at the usual sources.

Can I check with you how the 10.1 stylus your using is working? I can see how you saying it is smaller. Looking at pen kits which I can see for the 10.1 but not the 12.2. As the pen kit would not need to go into the holder for storage am wondering if I could use it without issue for the 12.2. Thanks.

Looks and feels the same. Bought one for 10.1 and if set beside the one for the 12.2 can't tell the difference. If you have a Best Buy near you, go in and the Toshiba people will confirm as well as being able to see for yourself.

I bought my NotePro 12.2 without the Pen with a discount, and bought a replacement Pen. Indeed, for the NotePro they don't seem to be available, but the Pen for the NotePro is the exact same Pen as for the Note 10.1 2014 Edition, and those are available. You can use the links as posted by Grec C or find them yourself.

I'm pretty sure I saw a replacement s-pen at Best Buy yesterday for the 10.1 tablets (I'm assuming they are the same pen) for $39.99.

The Op specifically stated that the spen should be for the 12.2. While it is good that the 10.1 spen works, it is NOT good that it doesn't fit in the designated slot. I'm STILL looking for the CORRECT replacement pen!

Huh? I put the 12.2 and 10.1 s-pens side by side and if I didn't know which came with the 12.2 I couldn't tell the difference.

I haven't seen Samsung sell a 12.2 version. I suspect the guy who wrote the manual for the 12.2 was told there would be one, but the designers used the 10.1 s-pen and the inventory people saved on having to stock the same item in different packaging.

If you have a Best Buy near you, talk to the Samsung people and they will help you find a replacement that is identical, even if the box does not say 12.2.

The pen for the 12.2 and 10.1 2014 Edition are exactly the same in every way, both looks and size. I own both tablets, you cant tell the pens apart from each at all and either will fit fine into the others slot.

I've attached a photo of the Spen for the tablet. I bought it today at Best Buy, $40.00. I got home and checked it out. Exact same Spen as 10.1. Case closed

Wrong! Its most definitely available on Amazon. The Samsung rep pointed me to the exact replacement for only 14$ U.S.

Actually thats incorrect. I own both tablets as well and the internals of both pens are slightly different. While either pen may work on either tablet, their is most definitely a difference.
