replacing evo 3d

quick ques..if I upgrade online to the evo 3d to avoid the upgrade fee but choose the option to pick up the phone in a store, if I have a problem with the phone within the 30 days, can I go to that store to replace it or do I have to send the phone through the mail back to sprint because I actually purchased it online? Thanks!
 
As long as you placed the order on sprint.com and picked at sprint you can always get replacement phones at sprint if you have any problems good luck I love the phone but I did have problems with my first one but after getting it replaced I haven't been happier
 
It has to be a corporate store. Third party stores will tell you that they will replace it but it will be refurbished. Some third party stores might exchange it for a new one...it depends on them I guess, but around me, I tried to exchange mine at 5 different stores and they pretty much told me to pound sand, or wait till they get refurbed models.
