replying to one of multiple messaged from same contact

How to i reply to a specific text when I have received multiple message from the same contact. I had someone send me two messages within 5 minutes with different subjects but when I write back it dosent let me choose to respond to a specific message just limps them all into one stream of messages.

Good point... I'm just realizing there is "No Reply with Copy" of the original text. hmmm....
