Report iris/fingerprint/restart problems to Samsung

There are three chronic problems that many users have reported that appear to require a firmware fix from Samsung: iris-scanner failures (with error message), fixed only by restart; similar fingerprint-sensor failures; or spontaneous restarts of the phone.

The more people who report these problems directly to Samsung, the more likely it is that Samsung will pay attention. There is a Samsung user forum that is monitored and responded to by Samsung. If you're having any of these recurring problems, please report it there:
