Hi,
My developer account got suspended and was perceived for Google Terms & Services violation. Now my clients need the same app that was in my suspended account to be live again. Now that I've created a new account using my friends name,debit card, PC and everything new. My doubt is ..can I re publish the same app again from my old account??(provided I change my package name and application ID alone) since client is not ready to change his icons or app name ...can I republish the apps again using my newly created account ?

Seems like you should be able to

It hasn't occurred to me, but i also had this doubt. Didn't seem to find any info though :S

Yes you can. But u can't use the name of your first app(especially if u don't have access to your first account to change it) and you will need to change your app package name(if u not do it earlier). You can use the same application logo, icon and other sources without any restrictions.

Did you correct the problem that got you suspended?
Seems like you are about to get suspected again.

Hi ,
Yes you can but first think you need to do is changing the package name only don't change the name of app if you like;
but make sure you have not violation Google Terms & Services.

After the account is stopped , it can not be used , and can only apply for a new account.
