Req: Identify Icon

Can someone recognize an icon that has appeared on my phone? It looks like a shaking phone and on the attached screen shot is the one to the left of the alarm clock icon. Along with this icon the phone is now emitting occasional unidentified ping sounds and maybe those two are related. Thanks.

Its for the volume thats vibrate just click the up vol key and it will dissapear

Many thanks for that. And so I guess the weird pings are unrelated and unfortunately those are not matched to any notification icons.
