Require authentication when changing settings with locked phone

When I lock my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, but had the same "problem" with my old Motorola Moto X 2014) I'm still able, when swipe down from the top of the screen to access the quick settings menu, to enable/disable "mobile data" and "airplane mode", two settings that I relate to security. For other things, such as "Wi-Fi", "Location", "Bluetooth" and "NFC", fingerprint or PIN are required.
Is there any way that I can configure the other 2 (mobile data and airplane mode) to require an authentication to be enabled/disabled when phone is locked?
"Notifications on lock screen" is set to "show content" and I don't want to have to change this.

Since now, thanks a lot.
